As a former insurance sales agent turned Medicare subject matter expert, I've seen the industry from both sides. I worked as a sales agent, feeling the pressure of working on commission, and as a consultant, I fixed situations of people who were misled by agents.
During my time at UC as a subject matter expert, I was able to confirm what I saw consistently in my career: people truly wanted honest education and unbiased guidance.
My strength comes from teaching, and I have a track record for helping retirees, professors, healthcare professionals, and other professionals understand Medicare.
